Am Sonntag, dem 18 December, lud die iranische Exil-Gemeinschaft zusammen mit Amnesty International Konstanz zu einer weiteren Mahnwache ein, diesmal am Münster. Dafür wurde ein weiterer an die fünf Meter großer Weihnachtsbaum mit Bildern der Opfer der Revolution behangen und in den iranischen Farben vor dem Münster erleuchtet. Nach drei eindrucksvollen Reden über die Hoffnungen und Appelle der Revolution im Iran wurden Informationsmaterial, Petitionen und Tee ausgehändigt.
Der Baum kann noch bis zum 6. Januar auf dem Münsterplatz besucht werden.
On sunday the 18th of december, the Iranian exile community together with Amnesty International Konstanz invited to another vigil, this time at the Münster. A second five-metre Christmas tree was decorated with pictures of the victims of the revolution and lit in the Iranian colours in front of the Münster. After three impressive speeches about the hopes and appeals of the revolution in Iran, information material, petitions and tea were handed out.
The tree can be visited on Münsterplatz until the 6th of January.
